Carpe Noctem

"Lights" do not emit light, they suck dark. The larger the Dark Sucker, the greater its capacity to suck dark. Like most things, they expire; once they are full of dark, they can no longer suck.
Dark has mass. When dark goes into a Dark Sucker, friction from the mass generates heat; it is not wise to touch an operating Dark Sucker.
Dark is heavier than light.
Dark is faster than light.

It is darkness, not light, that is the fundamental radiative transport mechanism of the universe.

Invert(assign a negative value to) the multiplier of an omni light, you get a light sucker.
(Lo! think of the applications!)

this again

I think this room needs some curtains & a dangle-y light

Wetness

The bottles remain neglected. Waking up this morning(round two), the light, seeping this time, colored the bottles in a different way. It's the sort of light that dampens and reminds that there's a lot of wetness before the heat. And then there's both.

It's slow. There is plenty of time for reflection(s).

flirting with light

mmm. check out these undulating hues.

The light falling into my room (~16:00-17:30) landed on some bottles I've neglected to dispose of. It was that warm pinkish-orange light that gets me feeling frisky and optimistic about the pleasures of knowing warmth again.

This is a detail of a larger image. It's not quite complete. That's the thing about modeling with this sort of natural light, I never stick around long enough (don't let your visual experience fool you; the sun sure isn't the one moving).
